Ruthie Henshall’s multi-award winning career has seen her star in the most popular musicals of the past thirty years in the West End and on Broadway, from her iconic appearance as Fantine in Les Misérables (including the tenth anniversary concert) to Cats, Miss Saigon, Crazy For You, She Loves Me (Olivier Award), Marguerite, Oliver!, A Chorus Line, Putting It Together, Billy Elliot and her legendary appearances as both Roxie and Velma in Chicago. Her recordings include four solo albums and numerous cast recordings. Ruthie’s Australian debut was in our production of Side By Side By Sondheim.
In June 2019, Enda Markey Presents presented Ruthie’s debut Australian tour — Live & Intimate — at Sydney Opera House, Queensland Performing Arts Centre and the Adelaide Cabaret Festival, where it received standing ovations and rave reviews.
